It’s been almost a year since my 300Tdi Discovery 1 last made an appearance on the channel - and a lot has changed.

In this video, I walk through the budget overland build so far: what’s been added, what’s been changed, and how I’ve got it set up for exploring New Zealand. It’s not fancy, and it’s definitely not expensive, but it’s practical, reliable (most of the time), and ready for the next mission - a trip down to the South Island.
