The trucks
2022 Toyota Fortuner
Daniel and Chloe
The ultimate family tourer come daily driver - or close to it. After a 9 month wait it replaced our Hilux and has shone everywhere it’s gone. It has everything you need for a quick night away or a week long trip on the road.
1998 Land Rover Discovery
Daniel
Something a little less Toyota - Daniel recently picked up a 300Tdi Discovery 1 as a toy.

2013 Toyota Hilux
Daniel’s pride and joy, the Hilux has been setup to tackle any terrain we throw at it while being super comfortable to live out of. Spending long days on the road takes its toll - knowing we can rock up to camp and be fully setup in 5 minutes with all the creature comforts of home is hard to beat.
1996 Toyota Hilux Surf
You can always count on Scarlett the Surf to put a smile on your face as you dive straight into the thick of an adventure. With just the right amount of suspension articulation, that lockable centre diff, and a 4-cylinder turbo diesel, she'll take on the roughest overlanding tracks and then have a cold beer ready at the end. Beaut.
1993 80 Series Toyota Landcruiser
4.2 litre turbo diesel, automatic
Clunky, noisy, slow and almost unstoppable, the 80 Series brings a bit of old-school to the line up. Used to tackle the places we'd rather not take the Hilux, the Landcruiser powers its way through everything we throw at it. Not setup for camping, the 80 is generally found closer to home or with the Hilux by its side.
1996 Toyota Prado
Where is all began! Our beloved wagon that didn’t quite love us back, the Prado opened the door to the world of overlanding and exploring New Zealand in a way that we love. We slept in the back, stored everything on top and had a blast traveling in it.
