One of my favourite mods to any modern turbo diesel - a snorkel! I installed a brand new Safari ARMAX snorkel to my 2026 Toyota Hilux and it's awesome. It protects my engine from water and dust - and sounds awesome doing so. Installing a snorkel is pretty simple and is a well worth it upgrade for any vehicle heading off road.

New wheels and tyres! 2026 Hilux SR5 + Kenda RT tyre review

As part of getting the Hilux ready to tour New Zealand, the factory tires and wheels had to go! I fitted up a mint set of Alpha Brawler wheels and some fresh Kenda Klever RT tyres and it's change the whole look of the car! It's fixed the narrow look of the front end and performs awesomely.
